RJM has been pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for over six years. Our pre-qualifications include Level 1 Bridge Design and Non-Complex Roadway Design. We are also up to date with new Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) engineering processes now required by ODOT.
