R. Jeffrey Maiden, P.E., P.S.
President
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the management and design of civil engineering, public works, and construction projects in Athens County and the surrounding region. From 1982 through 1993, he was the Vice-President of Maiden and Jenkins Construction Company in Nelsonville, where he became experienced in construction project management from the bidding phase through final construction on bridge, highway, and commercial building projects. Jeff has provided engineering design services to support those construction operations that included temporary structures for ODOT bridge projects, temporary lifting structures for bridges, and falsework design to support concrete bridge decks. Since 1993, Jeff has been the President of RJM Engineering Company in Athens. As the lead engineer for RJM, Jeff has continued to provide total project management and design services for numerous projects in the Athens County region including bridge and roadway projects, slope stability repairs including drilled pier walls, sheet piling, slope reconstruction, water and sanitary sewer designs, precast box culvert designs, floodplain studies for floodway encroachnments, large bike path designs, and land development projects. He has enjoyed a successful working relationship with the City of Athens, Ohio University, the Athens County Engineer, as well as numerous other municipalities and clients throughout the region. Jeff is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and West Virginia as well as a licensed Professional Surveyor in Ohio He is also active in the Athens Community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Hocking Conservancy District and Margaret Creek Subdistrict.

Donnie Stevens, E.I.
Project Engineer
Donnie has nearly two years of engineering and surveying experience in the Athens County area. A graduate of Ohio University's civil engineering program, he has gained experience in land development design, subdivision layouts, site grading, and retaining wall design Donnie also has experience in designing pedestrian and cycling improvements along the Hockhocking-Adena Bike Path in Nelsonville and the City of Athens. Donnie is currently an Engineer in Training (F.E.) and working towards his professional engineering license.
