TOWNSHIP ROAD 31 BRIDGE ATHENS TOWNSHIP, ATHENS COUNTY, OHIO RJM was the design engineer for an Athens County Engineer project that included the removal of an existing bridge and the construction of a new pre-stressed concrete box beam superstructure with an asphalt paved deck. Piles were designed and driven to support the abutments, and the existing roadway alignment was modified to accommodate the new bridge design.
